The Brief

Sheffield Enterprise Agency was set up to encourage new entrepreneurs in Sheffield to develop their ideas and skills, creating business growth and employment opportunities within the local economy.


We were asked to provide a range of short workshops, some half a day others a full day on various topics. They included:

  • Negotiation skills
  • How to find and keep customers
  • Effective networking skills

What We Did

We ran a series of really practical workshops aimed at a very diverse audience, entrepreneurs from a whole range of businesses.

We provided comprehensive learning materials and got people really thinking about important issues in their businesses.
Later we ran one to one coaching sessions for each individual that requested one and these were 2 hour sessions devoted to working with the individual issues that each participant brought along.

We were able to successfully address these and give individuals the support they valued in their business at that particular time.

Dynamiq Consultants have been able to provide us with an extremely flexible service to meet the needs of the extremely diverse customer base that we service.
